Are they NXE Resigners?

Thats what I was wondering. Do these work after NXE?

Both of those resigners have banned keyvaults and do not work after NXE.

There are only 3 current resigners with a private keyvault (what is required for a working resigner) that I know of, and only 2 are released to the public at this point in time, one of which cost money.

As for the reshashing program, that works because rehashers do not require an extracted keyvault.
